We run classes and sell supplies sometimes the item that you have ordered maybe out of stock. If so we will send an email.
We will endeavour to send your order in excellent condition
If you are not happy with your order please contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will be issued a return number which MUST be included with the order/products that you are returning.
Products returned to us must be unopened and in original packaging.
We will not refund postage unless there is a manufacturers fault. The customer is responsible for the freight or postage cost of goods they are returning.
Please note that some colours on our website may change when scanned. Every effort is made to give a true and accurate image. Krazy Krafters can take no responsibility for the colour differences that may occur due to scanning or uploading.
